Do I need to upgrade my panel for an EV charger?
Not always. Many 100-amp homes can support a Level 2 charger after a load calculation, sometimes with a load-management device. We check this as part of every quote — before any work starts.
How long does installation take?
Most straightforward installations are done in half a day. Longer cable runs or a panel upgrade can extend that to a full day.
Is the installation inspected?
Yes. EV charger circuits in Ontario require an ESA permit and inspection — we file it, meet the code, and give you the paperwork.
Can you install a charger I already bought?
Absolutely. Bring any UL/cUL-listed charger and we will install it — or we can recommend and source one sized to your vehicle and panel.
